Steven Ray Berry, age 58 of Elkton, passed away on Thursday, May 28th at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
He was born February 26, 1962 in Geneva, Illinois the son of the late Harold Ray and Mildred Diane Wakeman Berry.
He attended the Potter’s House and Bellview Baptist Church. He loved his family especially his grandchildren, hunting, working on vehicles and going on cruises.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as a sister Peggy Sue Berry Crick. He is survived by his wife Jane Berry of Elkton; two sons Nathan Berry (Addy Brown) and Michael Gibbons both of Elkton; four daughters Tabatha Berry Harper and Katrina Berry (Katelyn) both of Dunmor, Chelsey Rust (Lance) of Allegre and Heather Fisher (Jim) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; five brothers Phillip Berry (Donna) of Clarksville, Neil Berry (Ann) of Sharon Grove, Carter Berry of Pembroke, Robin Berry of Sharon Grove and Kendal Berry of Hopkinsville; one sister Teri Berry (Sherry) of Elkton; eleven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the Berry family will be on Friday, June 12th from 3:00 until Memorial Service time at 4:00 at the Potter’s House with Rev. Mitch Hedge officiating.
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid19) it is required that if you attend the visitation or service you wear a mask and refrain from shaking hands and hugging as well as social distancing and keeping six feet apart.
