Obituary

Mitchell Utley, age 70 of Lewisburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 6th at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green of natural causes.

 

He was born April 30, 1952 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late Henry Clay and Irene Kennedy Utley.

 

He loved his family and enjoyed hunting, farming and spending time with his dogs.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Elsie Utley, Kathy Utley and Carolyn Utley. He is survived by two sons, Brandon Boyd Utley (Joan) and Mitchell Clay Utley both of Russellville; a brother, Bobby Allen Utley (Sylvia) of the Pea Ridge community; five sisters, Georgia “Snookie” Green of Elkton, Wanda Knight (Carl) of Elkton, Joyce Zimmerman (Michael) of Hampden, Massachusetts, Doris Lowther (George) of Minot, North Dakota and Shelia Arms of Clarksville, Tennessee and three grandchildren, Brooklyn Utley of Greenville, Kentucky, Dakota Utley of Russellville and Brian Utley of Wichita Falls, Texas.

 

There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, December 10th at 11:00 at the Glory Bound Church, 2502 Gordonsville Road, Russellville with Rev. Johnny Fuller officiating.
