Larry Johnson Obituary
Larry Johnson, age 71 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Monday, August 16th at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.
He was born May 22, 1950 in Galva, Illinois the son of the late Leland R. and Marion Pickens Johnson.
He was an avid woodworker and loved spending time with his dogs. He also served on several local civic and school boards when he lived in Western New York State and served as a 4H Leader for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Johnson of Hopkinsville; two sons, Drew Johnson (Christina) of Burleson, Texas and Brett Johnson (Sherry) of Prospect, Tennessee; two daughters, Keri Johnson of Clarksville, Tennessee and Rachel Johnson-Card (Daren) of Boston, Massachusetts; three sisters, Joyce Baldwin of Rockford, Illinois, Linda Johnson-Kabisch of Springfield, Illinois and Nancy Brown (Gary) of Arkansas and three grandchildren.
The family chose cremation. There will be no services.
