Kirsten G. Olesen, age 93 of Pembroke, passed away on Tuesday, November 24^th at her home of natural causes.

She was born April 17, 1927 in Aarhus, Denmark the daughter of the late Otto and Johanne Pedersen Deleuran.

She attended the United Methodist Church in Pembroke. She loved her family and enjoyed gardening, knitting and crocheting.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon P. Olesen. She is survived by two sons, Carl Olesen (Joy) of Pembroke and Peder Olesen (Bobbie) of Roseville, California; two daughters, Anna-Marie Nakashoji (Sam) of Loomis, California and Alice E. Cagle (Aaron) of Cool, California; a sister, Alice Kjøller of Sbørring, Denmark; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

The family chose cremation. There will be a private service on a later date.
