Obituary
Herbert Richard “Rick” Kerley, age 73 of Cave City, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord and all his beloved family that awaited him in Heaven on Wednesday, September 28th at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green of natural causes.
He was born January 13, 1949 in Norfolk, Virginia the son of the late Herbert Noel and Martha Elizabeth Newhouse Kerley.
He was a very devout Christian who loved God and family.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Coy Kerley of Cave City, Kentucky; a son, Herbert Richard “Rick” Kerley II (Sandra) of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; a sister-in-law, Sally Coy Pond (Brent) of Amboy, Indiana; five grandchildren, Heather Copeland of Norfolk, Virginia, Nathan George of Norfolk, Virginia, Jacob George of Lafayette, Indiana, Stephanie Allen of Greenville, North Carolina and Sabrina Kerley of Boiling Springs, South Carolina and three great grandchildren.
It was his wishes to be cremated. There will be no services.
