Gary Dewayne Smith, age 67 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 28th at Continue Care at the Baptist Health in Madisonville, Kentucky of natural causes.
He was born July 26, 1952 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky the son of the late James L. and Mary Louise Simpson Smith.
He attended Julien Baptist Church in Gracey, was a huge UK basketball fan, loved listening to music, loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them and his friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Debbie Smith of Hopkinsville.
It was his wishes to be cremated. There will not be any services.
