Frank Johnson, Jr.

Frank Johnson, Jr., age 71 of Guthrie, passed away on Friday, April 8^th at his home of natural causes.

He was born November 8, 1950 in Chestertown, Maryland the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Sellers Johnson.

He was a veteran in the United States Army where he served 14 months in Vietnam as a combat engineer. He loved spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, going fishing, collecting guns and communicating with the world on his CB radio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Edith Johnson of Guthrie; two sons, Joseph Johnson (Georgia) of Tennessee and John Johnson (Anna) of Kentucky; a daughter, Lisa McBride (Jeremiah) of Nebraska; a brother, Michael Johnson of Maryland; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 5:00 until Memorial Service time at 7:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home in Guthrie with Mike Tino-Cunniffe officiating.
