Chad Jeffery Gillingham, age 41 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Monday, August 16th at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
He was born March 11, 1980 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky the son of Kenneth Dan Gillingham and Nancy Kathrine Brown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Brown. He is survived by his father, Kenneth Dan Gillingham of Hopkinsville; a son, Logan Gillingham of Sharon Grove and a brother, Daniel Shane Gillingham of Hopkinsville.
The family chose cremation. There will be no services.
