Roberta Simmons Obituary
Mrs. Roberta Simmons, age 58 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Friday, February 16th at the Baptist Health in Madisonville of natural causes.
She was born December 14, 1959 in Gary, Indiana the daughter of the late James and Dorothy (Griggs) Burr.
She was an entrepreneur who owned and operated various small businesses in Christian County.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband James Clayton Simmons; one brother David Burr and one sister Pam Trigo. She is survived by a son Gary Burr (Amber) of Hopkinsville; a sister Francis Ferguson of Madisonville and four grandchildren.
The family chose to do a cremation. A private service will be on a later date.
