Ray Lancaster, age 64 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Monday, July 30th at his home of natural causes.
He was born November 10, 1953 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky the son of the late Kenneth Wagoner and Christine Lancaster.
He served in the US Marines where he was a Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid motorcycle rider and loved his Harleys. He enjoyed playing pool, fishing, hunting and going to AJ’s Kitchen and the Waffle House every morning to drink coffee with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his daughter Heather Michelle Lancaster; three brothers Robert Earl, Larry and Donald Ray Lancaster; one sister Lora Dale Phillips and one grandson Kenneth Ray Lancaster III. He is survived by his wife Starr Lancaster of Hopkinsville; five sons Kenneth Ray Lancaster Jr., James Finley Love, Kenneth Glenn Alcorn, Kyle Louis Austin and Joshua Scott Austin all of Hopkinsville; one daughter Sylvia Christine Swinney of Davenport, Iowa; two brothers James Lynn Lancaster of Hopkinsville and Rick Falardeau of New York; one sister Christy Elaine Wagoner of Oak Grove, Kentucky; twenty-six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
It was his wishes to be cremated. There will be no services.
