Erika Shirer Obituary
Erika Alma Shirer, age 77 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, June 5th at Guthrie due to injuries sustained in a vehicle accident.
She was born June 19, 1940 in Germany the daughter of the late Johannes and Paula Miller Bernecker.
She was an avid bingo player and loved her family, her bingo family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband James Robert Shirer; nine brothers and two sisters. She is survived by one son Michael Shirer of Wedgefield, South Carolina; one daughter Jennifer Shirer of Clarksville; one brother Charlie Bernecker of Germany; one sister Paula Castino of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and one grandchild.
The family chose to do a cremation. There will be no services.
